These Terms of Use apply to the hammerstonelabs.com website and the mobile applications published by Hammerstone Labs LLC (our "Apps"). By using the website or an App, you agree to these terms.
Using our Apps
Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play are licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the store's own terms. For Apps obtained from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or Apps, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them in unauthorized ways, reverse engineer them except where the law allows, or use them for anything unlawful.
Purchases and subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions, if offered, are processed by Apple or Google. Billing, cancellation and refunds are handled through your App Store or Google Play account under their policies.
Intellectual property
The website, Apps and their content, names and logos belong to Hammerstone Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by law.
Disclaimer
The website and Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hammerstone Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or Apps.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
